LB is a contributing member. The rest of us are riding his coattails. That out of the way, do we know the reason for sluggishness ? Is it a $ issue or something else ? Has Admin ever 0ffered an explanation ?

The link does not answer my question. It does not identify the reason the site is slow. I guess I need to be more clear. Too crowded ? Too lame a server ? I dont even have the knowledge to ask the right question. Not asking whose fault it is. What makes it slow ? Thanks.

Any idea on the revenue incoming as to source ? ie how much and what % is vendor, what % is member contributions ?

Server/software incompatibility issues... it's been mentioned by Kes several times over the past 12+ months (not time to dig it all up but it's there)...

If you need details as to why they aren't compatible, I guess you'd need to schedule a meeting with the tech entities identified in the link and get to the bottom of things.

% of revenue allocations are probably only known by those with a need to know.

So its the wrong server or server service. Sounds like. Kinda. I honestly wish I could do more to help. Splitting a donation to CalGuns and CRPA right now.

Side bar. Admittedly ignorant of the facts. But wondering if the sale section, all parts, is worth the hassle to admin and run this place. I dont know. Over at Accurateshooter.com it sure seems like it. Constant battle and time sink for admin to repel boarders - hackers-rip-offs - scam artists.

edit: with Brave browser the only payment option is PayPal. F-that. WTF ? Not whining, I'll try from another source and see if I can use my VISA like every other business in the entire world does.

I won't pretend to know how to fix it but without a doubt, it is fixable. Someone either doesn't want to go to the effort, spend the money, or both. I am on a number of forums, gun and otherwise, and this is the only one that works like crap.

On Windoz, tried latest Chrome, Brave, and Firefox. Seems to work better off-hours, load related?
