Have ?smart characters? started working again?

Iʼm not entirely sure why, but it seems like ?smart characters? and unicode have finally started to render properly on Calguns again, albeit inconsistently.

    ?????ʼ?`+=??;????

    ⅛?⅓?⅔?⅜⅝⅞???⁴ⁿ

    ??ěęė??ř?țť???ůű????ı???????ō?ąă???????ș?şś?ďğĺľłź ?ż?????čć?ňń

The phenomenon seems unpredictable. It depends on the specific thread that I am viewing.

I am hoping we no longer have to deal with seeing strange question marks in the middle of words ASAP.

A well regulated Militia, being necessary to the security of a free State, the right of the people to keep and bear Arms, shall not be infringed.

The Second Amendment makes us citizens, not subjects. All other enumerated rights are meaningless without gun rights.

The phenomenon is in fact unpredictable because I don't see on every single one of mine or others posts...

It seems to happen to people using Tapatalk or similar access apps.

I don't use anything like that, and has never occurred.

I don?t use a app like that, and still get it.

I use an iPad, maybe it?s an ios thing?

Frozen in 2015, it is falling out of date and I can no longer edit the content. But much of it is still good!
