I've found that the browser caches old versions of the page. My solution is to hit the "Reload" or "Refresh" button on your browser, and any new changes should show up immediately.
Also noticed that this issue is specific to www.calguns.net, of the Web sites that I tend to visit."San Francisco Liberal With A Gun"
