Random ??? typos since Calguns server migration?

Anyone else noticed this? I?m primarily seeing commas getting changed to question marks, but also some periods and ellipsis changed to ??? as well.

It even did it in my post above. Changed the apostrophe and quotes to question marks.

Yep - see the post regarding post-migration bugs… many such reports, and I’m sure the Janitor and admins are trying to deal with it.

The apostrophe and quotation marks are replaced with question marks in this new server/database setup. Although that doesn’t always happen. I have seen people post with correct apostrophe/quotes. Maybe it has to do with the browser or browser settings we have.

It's actually happening on a lot of the specialized characters, like the English pound symbol and probably the Euro symbol and I know this because just yesterday I wanted to post FEG but with that accent / diacritical Mark above the E because that's how it is correctly done, and it wouldn't let me.

It's really no big deal in the grand scheme of the whole move, that's gone pretty great as far as I can tell.

But I feel sorry for the grandma-notseez and the people with Oh.Sea.Dee.
