Unable to post in "Permit/License To Carry Training Classes & Experiences" forum

When I try to create a new post in Permit/License To Carry Training Classes & Experiences, it redirects to a page that says I do not have permission to post there. Is that a restricted forum, or is something wrong with my account?

The only place I see the red triangle is on individual posts. I don't see one on the forum itself. In any case, I thought that was just for reporting problematic posts. I'll report my post here and maybe that will get eyes on the issue. Thanks!

ETA: The report function says "This is ONLY to be used to report spam, advertising messages, and problematic (harassment, fighting, or rude) posts." I don't think I want to pull that alarm just yet. Hopefully one of the mods will notice this thread

Perhaps that is restricted forum now.
