I have an acquaintance from another forum who is having difficulty signing up here.

Here is what he says:

I'm telling you I filled that thing out, and it keeps kicking it back.. The one question it does ask is what state is CalGuns for? I assumed it was California? It auto populates it as Idaho. I tried both.. no dice.
