viewing embedded YouTube video question

I have all Apple/Mac computers, phone etc.

At first I could see the embedded videos but it doesn't show on my screen anymore.

Now if someone quotes the video, it still doesn't show the embedded video, but it will however show the YT link in the quote.

Can anyone explain what changed or how to adjust my Mac settings?

Interesting... Are you using Safari? Mojave is fine, but the issue happens with Big Sur.

I'll have to upgrade to Monterey and see if it fixes the issue.
