New Member Struggling to Register - Human Verification

Hi Guys

I got a buddy trying to register a new account using a cell phone. I obviously am not there and can't see his exact problem, but he says he's being asked "what state Calguns is for," and it isn't accepting either "California" or "CA".

Any ideas on this?

I remember having this issue as well. I don't remember what I did though. Have him reread it and any error messages that may appear.
