Account, Outage and Tech Issues Forum

As much as we try to keep things flowing smoothly problem do arise and the Announcements forum is really not an appropriate place to bring these issues to.

As suggested by Librarian having a specific forum to address account problems, technical issues and to report or give updates on outages make sense and give us a single point to see and address issues.

It take a very long time for posts to be added to a thread

After I post on a thread, I don't see it for minutes and sometimes it takes a half hour to see it.

Why is this happening and is someone working on this issue?

Just refresh the page.

Yeah, I see that some, and it happened with a PM yesterday.

I didn't put it in the announcements forum.
I put it in the Account and technical difficulties forum.
And I've been responding to it through the Account and Technical difficulties forum.
Where did you find it???

For some reason this evening, the home page shows I'm logged out. But when I go to any individual forum, it shows I'm logged in.

Also, "Off Topic" is now missing and replaced with Coronavirus.

can't pick up my messages, takes me around in circles. hit my message and not logged, over and over.
