    Private Messages (Sent) Folder?

I'm not able to see any of my sent private messages. Does this happen to anyone else? It's actually an issue because i'm trying to purchase a rifle and contacting many different sellers but quickly lose track of who i've already asked about details/availability, etc...

    Thanks.

Click the Private Messages link under your user name (top right of forum window).

Under the colored indicator of your messages, there is a menu under "jump to folder".

Click that and it should allow you to select sent messages.

After you log in, underneath Welcome, is a link labeled Private Messages. Click on it. The Folder Controls dialogue box comes up. Go to the pull-down menu under Jump to Folder. Inbox is the default. Use the pull-down menu to bring up the Sent folder. Select it and you should be able to see the private messages you sent. If that doesn't work, there may be a problem with your account and you'll have to contact a site administrator.

There is an option when you are sending a message on the bottom of that page to save it in the Sent folder. For me its automatically checked enabled, not sure if you disable it once does it stop saving them automatically until re-enabled or if it goes back to auto enabled.

Thanks for the help, you guys solved it. The problem was the box to save a copy of my messages was unchecked either by default or I unchecked it on accident.

          Thanks again.

Seems like I have to check the box to save a copy to my sent folder for each message. It doesn't retain my option....I wonder if this is a bug or something I can fix.

Dumb question... did you click the "save changes" button at the bottom of the page after you checked that box"

Go to your control panel (User CP), Click on 'Edit Options' under 'Setting and Options'

and be sure this is checked - this is the master control to set your default
