    Question on Ads

I just want to understand Turners policy and logic . In your current ad (6/10) for father's day you have many firearms advertised . I went to local Turners first thing because I assumed you would have at least 1 of a particular gun I wanted . They checked inventory ( both stores and warehouse ) and had none ? So why advertise a item you do not even have , not a single one ? I was at the opening of store first day of "sale" so you never even actually had one for sale ???? Please help me understand this policy ???

    Turners is not active here

I'd suggest calling the corporate office
Rule 1- ALL GUNS ARE ALWAYS LOADED

Rule 2 -NEVER LET THE MUZZLE COVER ANYTHING YOU ARE NOT PREPARED TO DESTROY (including your hands and legs)

Rule 3 -KEEP YOUR FINGER OFF THE TRIGGER UNTIL YOUR SIGHTS ARE ON THE TARGET

Rule 4 -BE SURE OF YOUR TARGET AND WHAT IS BEYOND IT
    (thanks to Jeff Cooper)

I'll answer your question. I not with Turners in anyway. The reason is because flyer like Faither's day or Black Friday or any other flyers are always leaked or staff have access to them in advance. Once they have access, they can hold that gun for a "customer" and when sales date comes, they have the sales price option. they are locking in doorbuster items. Some store does this for hooks up to friends or etc but most store do this to increases their annual total gross sales number. The store with the most sales annually gets a bonus.

Another trick it to sell to customer early even tho the start date is officially writtien on the ad. Many times stores does this to the reason i stated above.

From Upper Management's point of view, its hard to enforce every store and at the end of the day its revenue after all. Revenue is revenue no matter how it arrives.

I don't know what to tell you, insider deals happens to every business, maybe you have to befriend the person who have the power to do favors. good luck. the only time you are guarantee to claim a "sale" gun and be the first in line is on their "grand opening" sales. That type of sale have more and strict monitorization.
