This past Labor Day Weekend I drove from the Bay area to On Target to pick up my new baby purchased in a Private Party Transfer. The ten day unconstitutional wait passed quickly!
I am impressed with the friendly service I received from James and the rest of the On Target staff. The paper work went smoothly and the seller and I weere treated with respect. My only complaint is I wish there was a similar professionally run like On Target here in the North Bay!
