    Private Party Transfer

Do I need to have an appointment for PPT? What's the best time to come in?

I tried calling and leaving messages but no luck.

    Thanks.
Gun control is not about public safety. It's about power and wealth control.

Power tends to corrupt, and absolute power corrupts absolutely. Lord Acton

I believe that banking institutions are more dangerous to our liberties than standing armies. Thomas Jefferson

There's only one real party in America. It's called the Capitalist Party, and you ain't invited.

They only do them on certain days and times which is illegal since they are open to sell their own guns at times where they refuse to do PPT.

Iswan should check regs. Transfer are not required by law for ca ffls. Only PPT dros. More FUD.

If the OP is asking for a PPT, it's not a transfer (and therefore not FUD). If On Target is refusing to do a PPT, then that's critical info for the rest of us in the community to see who's friends and who's not. I did a dual PPT with On Target a few years ago, and they charged me with two DROS fees, even though the law is the second one is only $10. When I showed them on the actual CADOJ website, they passed it off and said no, the CADOJ website is wrong, and they're allowed to charge for two separate DROSes.

Sorry I keyed on transfer. They can do dros when they want. Not required to do it when client wants.

Do you have any stautory authority or a regulation you can cite in support of your statement about when the dealer is required to do a PPT?
