It looks like Diane Ritchie's chance of being re-elected as Superior Court Judge of Santa Clara County has taken a turn for the worse.
Ritchie just announced she will stop actively campaigning for re-election. She still says she will win however.
I say she cannot leave the bench soon enough. We do not need any Liberal activist judges sitting as a Superior Court Judge.
