They do our anodizing for the parts we make at our work, blower pulleys, gear drive covers etc...

They do excellent work and quick turn around.

Wouldnt they need to be an 07 ffl unless they did the work while you where there waiting?

Yes if finished it must go to ffl or you must be present.
