Bay Area Certified Cerakote Applicators?

I recently acquired a 1989 West German P226. While the wear on it is more than reasonable I'm looking to Cerakote it to restore the look and also protect it in the future. If anyone has been to any of these certified applicators I found on Cerakote's site and has feedback please let me know! Or, if you've had a good experience with someone else who isn't officially certified but has good rates and turnaround time I'd appreciate that too.

Aren't those guns aluminum in the grip frame and stainless slides? I don't think you'll get much in terms of protection but it'll look prettier. Sagisi is supposedly the man.

Yeah my motivation is 95% superficial, but I'm hoping it can also help prevent rust and/or corrosion even though I won't be exposing it to harsh elements.

Have you considered something other than cerakote? I know its not in the Bay Area but Ford's master bluing is pretty great for rust prevention and gives any firearm a wow factor.

Sagisi/Ryan is the way to go he has done several projects for me and I wouldn’t send my stuff anywhere else.

Try calling Metal Dog Tactical in North San Jose. It's a really good LGS with friendly and helpful people and offer cerakote services. BTW, I don't give a rat's ***** about paying a little more to support the LGS over online ordering, especially in this tech-infested high cost of living environment.
