    FNRA DINNER

This is such a gurls forum sometimes... Lol

But I need advice on what to wear to the next Friends of the NRA dinner... Is it pretty casual? Or business attire...

    Thanks!

I went to one down here in San Diego a couple years ago. I wore sort of "semi dressy" as it was a fundraiser dinner. I think I wore nice slacks and a nice sweater.

Once there, I found that many people were wearing formal western wear. Though, it was NOT mandatory - it seemed like most of the formal western wear people were members of the board or otherwise involved with the dinner committee.

Try looking for an online photo album from previous years' event with the FNRA chapter near you to see if you can get a feel for what the going dress code is. I know I wasn't expecting formal western wear at the one I attended!

Shirt? Do you mean a t-shirt? The FNRA dinner I attended was a little more of a formal affair. It just goes to show that one should check with the local chapter to inquire about the dress code!

I had a good time at mine and I hope you have fun at yours too!
