Position: Business Development Representative
Location: Irvine, CA
Salary: $25-$30/hr + Bonus + Stock Grants
Key Responsibilities:
Cold Calls & Email Communications: Reach out to shooting ranges and related businesses to promote and sell Target Eagle's innovative smart targets.
Product Knowledge: Become an expert on our products and services to confidently discuss benefits and features with potential clients.
Communication & Tracking: Use computer and email for daily communications, maintaining accurate sales records and tracking.
Relationship Building: Foster strong relationships with new and existing customers to encourage repeat business and forge lasting partnerships.
Sales Targets: Smash sales goals with an emphasis on customer satisfaction and achieving long-term success.
Feedback Loop: Act as a bridge between customers and our product development team, providing valuable insights that influence future innovations.
Market Awareness: Keep a finger on the pulse of industry trends and competitor movements to strategically position Target Eagle in the marketplace.
Job Requirements:
Previous Experience: Experience working in the firearms industry and familiarity with firearms is a plus.
Great Communication Skills: Must be articulate and have excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
Proficiency with Computer Systems: Comfortable with various computer systems, including Microsoft Office Suite, scheduling tools, and virtual conferencing software.
Diligent and Organized: Strong organizational skills with a focus on detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Passionate and Adaptable: Passionate about the shooting sports industry and eager to make a significant impact, as well as adapting to the fast-paced environment of Target Eagle.
