Holosun Technologies Inc is looking to add a smart, honest and friendly individual to our team!
- Job Located in City of Industry
- Starting pay: $2,500 / Mo, paid holidays/vacations and sick leave
Primary Duties Include:
- Customer Service: Order entry, warranty claim processing, new dealer application processing, online pricing research
- Technical support: interacting with customers via phone and email to answer questions about our products and their compatibility with various firearms. Troubleshooting to help customers understand how our products work and to differentiate between user error and manufacturing defects. We will provide training and reference materials.
- Other Duties As Assigned: examples may include assisting in finding Minimum Advertised Pricing Policy violations, assist in inventory counts, product testing, Occasional travel to trade shows.
Job Qualifications:
- Smart.
- Honest.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook or similar email program)
- Able to pass a background check.
- Knowledge of the AR15 platform is a bonus.
