FFL in Riverside, CA
Hello,
I am applying for an FFL Type 7 for our Riverside office. I understand the first crucial part is getting a business license which states "Valid for Retail Sales of Firearms" so I submitted a business application to the city
And got a response...
So I called up the Zoning/Planning department and found out that my commercial address is zoned "Business & Manufacturing Park" however they don't provide any special documentation regarding this other than you can verify it via their website.
I'm not sure if I've done enough, or worded it properly, what do you think in regards to the business license?

I've attached our completed Business Tax Application to get a business license for *** *** ******, Inc. Our business license needs to explicitly say "Valid for the Retail Sale Of Firearms" in order for us to apply for our Federal Firearms Permit with the ATF and CA DOJ in which both of those entities require me to obtain this business license before proceeding with their applications. Please contact me with any questions.
