Anyone certified to ship UPS/FedEx Hazmat?

Is anyone here certified to ship Hazmat? I need someone to help me ship out some primers that I sold. I didn't realize that UPS and FedEx wouldn't allow a regular joe ship them.

I am in the SGV, but willing to drive if needed.
