A potential customer called asking if we could purchase his handgun (glock 19 10 rnd mags). He has only had it for about 2 weeks having just moved here from Indiana. Can I legally purchase the gun from him since it is not registered in Ca? I am an FFL, just never ran into a situation like this. Any info would be appreciated.
