Timeline for CA DOJ CFD Number

Question, I applied for my FFL 07 in July along with COE received COE end of August, FFL interview in Sep., FFL 07 issued Nov 1st. Business license and city of Bakersfield local firearm dealer license issued 11-27-22. Sent off application to CA DOJ BOF for CFD number to be on CA License firearm dealer list and list of CA manufacturers. Well, its 1-21-23 bottom of application states it's a 30-day process. They haven't even cashed my checks for the fees yet. Does anyone have an idea of timeline or a good phone contact. My list of phone numbers is not good they are all changed, disconnected, automated or voicemail. I have left sever VM but noting. Also sent out e mails ask same question and the only reply I get it states is going to be a long time until DOJ can reply to my e mail. Any help would be appreciated.
