Owner Locating "AW" DROS Info ?

I did a search but it yielded no specific answers.

A customer is setting up to comply with registration of his bullet button rifles, etc. He has bought them from several stores over the years inc. stores now out of business. He says a question on the "assault weapon registration" form asks about the date the DROS was transacted.

Is there a way a gun owner can easily find out the dates he DROS'd specific rifles?

If it was pre 2014 then no. If he bought them after 2014 they should be in the DES at the stores he bought from, if they have closed up then there isn't much he can do other than the firearms ownership report, that I hear is taking quite long to get from the state.
