One I like is the metal band, Demon Hunter. They kind of cover both ends of the metal spectrum, from somewhat extreme Metalcore style to more mellow stuff. The singer has a pretty good vocal range too.

They do say they are not a "Christian Metal" band but are a "Metal band of Christians"

This one is my favorite song of theirs
