    The Chosen TV Series

I was just turned on to the Chosen tv series from another forum. I try to keep myself informed but I was surprised to learn of this Bible based series that is not in its second season.

I have had problems with the Chosen app streaming to my Samsung tv but I just set up the web browser on the Samsung and hope to start watching directly from the website later today.

I am interested to hear what any of you who have been watching it have to say. When I watch any Christian media, I set my denominational or Biblical interpretations aside and just look to absorb the overall message. I am looking forward to this especially after watching the video that describes how this entire massive project came out of nowhere from people who had no idea they were going to produce a Bible series.

I think it’s a great series. We use Airplay to watch it.

Do not give in to evil, but proceed ever more boldly against it.

I have set thru a few episodes while the missus watches it, and my not so humble point of view is if you want a STRICT KJV following to the letter its not like that. BUT, so far its not too much absorbed in hollywood license and is ok to watch so far. I say look it over and consider its been 2000 plus years later before it was filmed. The woman at Jacob's well in Samaria episode had of lot of dialog beyond the NT text, but it came across very close to it.
