You made me LOL when I read this : " At times I feel like picking a fistfight with someone".

    Thanks.

    Not Hired ?

This whole thread begs so many questions....
Did Ace really make it through the entire hiring process? Did the background investigator really give a pass to this person? Looking at the two indicators to his identity, the quote in the avatar image referring to getting high, and his screen name possibly taken from a comic book character's dog, I call BS.
Did he really pass the Oral Pysch with his lack of a relationship?
Did he really pass the Captain's interview with this attitude?
The lack of judgement at the strip club, read like a 211, force or fear anybody?
Did he really do all this on his own before joining Cal Guns two weeks ago?
I suppose anything is possible, but his lack of humbleness and lack of respect for the members of this forum may make an Academy a short adventure.
I suggest he mature himself with a few years in the Armed Services Branch of his choice.
Then come back in here and apologize to everyone....

Take a look at the people that have been hired in the past by LASD. Shaved heads and tatted up, harrassing inmates, being member of gangs, getting DUI's and Domestic Battery charges, etc. Something needs to change. You can take a look at basically any corporation that treats its employees with dignity and respect and you will find a FAR less number of disgruntled employees.
Wow....you are ignorant. Don't always believe what you see on the local news. Every department has had it's share of problems, but what you ddescribe is far and few between. I have been on LASD for just under 25 years so far and I have yet to see any gang members wearing the uniform. The only tattoos I have seen are of a personal nature, military, or tribal-like.

Based on some of the quotes belonging to you, I can clearly see, you are extremely immature. You do not deserve to wear the badge.

I am waiting for a mod to lock this thread.

You guys stay safe and let's just end this thread.. this thread is pointless..

I noticed many police haters are those who tried to become one, but could not make it or did not get hire by the department. They are just now haters now.
Describes many here. My favorites are the ones that try to cover their tracks by trying to bring forth a supposed legitimate argument under some guise such as fairness. Nevermind the fact a lot of protections for cops were put in place because of mouthbreathing knee jerkers to start with who want to start lynchings based on news articles from papers they probably slam as being inaccurate and too left wing to start with.

Reading your rants and " it's not fair and everyone is against me" BS reminds me of a document I read recently. 11000 word "manifesto" by some nutball that coldnt keep it together and killed some of my brothers.

Stay out of law enforcement. It's not for you. You won't do well. The things people are pointing out to you here will hold truer on the job.

In the academy we had a guy with your similar attitude. He made it through and got to custody. He was riding the pine and getting days within a year. He made it to patrol and was in hot water within a month. Did days off as a trainee. Got out on his own and did some other stupid stuff now he is ROD and looking at criminal charges. Trust me man this is not the gig for you.

This is not a critism (ok maybe a little), not everyone is able to do this job for a career. You may be a bad *** gunslinger and be tactically aware but that is not all it takes for career survival. Sometimes falling on the sword and admitting you messed up is the only way to keep your job. From your post that isn't you.

    Good luck Ace.

what concerns me is that he got a conditional. I dont know about LASD, but my old department didnt hand those out till after you passed EVERYTHING. This means he did pass the psych and background.

"Shaved heads and all tatted up"??? Does that lower my IQ or make me incapable of dealing with hostile situations and subjects? You are putting yourself on blast for your ignorance for everyone to see all over the webernets.
