This is put on by the guy that wants to primary McSally, right? Might be worth going to for that reason alone.

                It was a great meeting
. I went with EBR. All the County representatives were very receptive to the issue.

There was a front page article on this meeting in the Prescott courier newspaper this morning. I would post a pic, but Photobucket is down right now.

Why all the hubbub, Bub? Did the Arizona governor and legislature change overnight and is about to pass some gun laws?

AZ governor Doug Ducey has stated that he wants to pass red flag laws for AZ. With the influx of libturds from adjacent states, this would be a first step to maintaining 2A rights in AZ.

In addition, there is talk of a county ordnance that would make enforcement of any additional state or federal guns laws illegal in Yavapai county. We'll see if that happens..

Seems like that red flag thing would be a priority. It's the easiest to pass and a bigger danger because Ducey wants it.

Yeah, that's not gonna work. At least not on the state level. See what happened a year or two ago when Tucson sued the state because they were violating state law, and they wanted to continue. They lost, and cost the taxpayers of Tucson a million dollars in court costs (loser pays for both parties' costs). The state isn't shy about the pre-emption statutes.
