Oral Arguments were heard today in this case at the 10CA (video below).
I searched and did not find a thread on this case. Does anyone know much about it? I have no personal experience with manufacturing PMFs or the laws surrounding them (CA law, other states' laws, or federal laws) but I think this area of gun law is an important one. Is the CO law similar enough to CA's laws on the subject that if this case were (1) to go to the SCOTUS and (2) 2A prevailed there?
