Glimpse of things to come in CA

Perhaps not with bump stocks but other legally acquired personal property.
The Gun Owners Action League (GOAL) based in Northborough, Massachusetts, recently uncovered a letter set to be sent from the Executive Office of Public Safety and Security to all Massachusetts License To Carry (LTC) permit holders. The letter explains that “Retention of a prohibited item [bump stock or trigger crank] beyond the 90 day grace period will expose the owner to criminal prosecution”.The letter also states that possession is illegal even a private home.

We even have Calgun members who would obediently obey a police order to surrender their property. Guns are just a hobby and surf n ski is more important. Most California gun owners are severely affected by the Stockholm Syndrome and the Rulers know that.

        Mark my words:

The instant the Supreme Court either fails to hear, or confirms, the State of California's "legal right" to retroactively require us to destroy, remove from the state or sell our lawfully owned property (high capacity magazines), the State of California will go a step further and do the same with "registered assault weapons."

As you can see, Mass. is already adding to the "lets take away more lawfully owned property, without a warrant, due process or compensation" and is betting that the courts will continue to allow it.

Property is property; If a court allows a magazine to be taken without compensation or warrant, under the threat of criminal prosecution, there is absolutely no reason why a gun can't fall into the same "legal" ground. Or, hell, your water heater, or old car, or anything else for that matter.

        Absolutely ridiculous.

So One lunatic's actions, out of an estimated adult population of 249+ Million,
is the criteria for taking this type of action ?

Its clear that the Anti 2nd Am. Crowd could care less about peoples safety,
since innocuous items like Ladders, bicycles, hammers are involved in more
peoples deaths each year than bump stocks.

Outlawing bump stocks will have virtually Zero Effect on crime.

And it will Not Stop or Prevent the next Murderous Lunatic bent on
          Mass Murder.

Its ONLY Real Effect will be to take legal property away from the Law
Abiding citizens who purchased these devices for their own legal usage.

The Combined Manipulated Dishonesty, Willful Ignorance, & plain Stupidity
of the whole Anti Gun "Movement" is so blatant, I find it incredible that
people are actually still willing to accept their outright Lies...

Make no mistake, their motivation has nothing to do with the interest of the safety of US citizens. Their goal is complete disarmament and control of the citizenry, period. This is how authoritarianism is born. Like my man Edmond Burke once said, "All tyranny needs to gain a foothold is for people of good conscience to remain silent."

They may want to take a history lesson before things turn real ugly.

Not to mention all the members falling all over themselves to re-register said property, basically giving the government an open invitation to come & confiscate their guns at any point in the future.

it won't a SCOTUS hearing for that to happen. If the injunction against the mag ban fails IMO it will already set the precedent for the same fate as RAW's in California. Believe me they have the legislation in place to do so. Newsom will sign it before the printer ink even dries on the legislation.

Thank your neighbor and fellow gun owners for passing Prop 63. For that gun control is a winning legislative agenda.

From the book "Behold A Pale Horese" https://www.amazon.com/Behold-Horse-.../dp/0929385225

The government encouraged the manufacture and importation of military firearms for the criminals to use. This is intended to foster a feeling of insecurity, which would lead the American people to voluntarily disarm themselves by passing laws against firearms. Using drugs and hypnosis on mental patients in a process called Orion, the CIA inculcated the desire in these people to open fire on schoolyards and thus inflame the antigun lobby. This plan is well under way, and so far is working perfectly. The middle class is begging the government to do away with the 2nd amendment.
Everytime the dems are backed into a corner, another mass shooting.

I was getting into a decent back and forth (well at least I was trying despite his typical leftie extreme examples) on FB today with some random back up. Guy was stating how AW need to be banned, there is no need to own one. Then later says that he owns a DD AR15 and bought it because the store owner said they would be banned soon. Says he's keeping it as art until the day he can turn it in or sell it in a buy back....

All those registered their AR's here have given Excremento their address and names for future bans.
