I'm sure this was probably asked somewhere but I couldn't find it searching.
I just bought (and dros) a spikes st9 lower receiver with a matching upper, I found a deal on a semi auto pistol I would like to buy at a local shop.
The dros on the current lower says ....type = rifle....... under frame/receiver only = it says yes.
My understanding is I CAN start another dros for the pistol within 30 days.... am I correct?
The 1 in 30 only applies to a "complete" semi auto rifle and the lower doesn't count? Thank you.
