    Question for ten day period

Sorry if I am in the wrong thread.

I was wondering does anyone know if your gun is currently in process of the ten day waiting period can you ppt to someone else. My brother recently bought an ar15 but now he decided he doesn't want to mess with the new laws or registering an assault weapon. Anyways there is about seven days left and I was wondering if I can ppt to my name now or I have to wait for the rest of the waiting period.

A firearm cannot be PPT to another person without first being in lawful possession by the original transferee, and in accordance with the laws governing the transfer and firearm.

That reminds me- hasn't it been over 2 years since the 10 day wait was ruled unconstitutional for people who already owned a gun? What the hell is the holdup?

If the ruling pertained to gay rights or something benefitting illegals, you would have seen changes immediately.

Kamala filed a motion to block, the court granted, now we wait.
