What a first post on a forum kinda specific to CA…LOL"A well regulated militia, being necessary to the security of a free state, the right of the people to keep and bear arms, shall not be infringed."

Q: What is required to purchase a firearm in the state of Texas?
A: You will need a valid state-issued ID. Many FFLs will not sell to out-of-state residents. This is due to the FFL’s requirement to uphold your resident state’s gun laws, and the inherent complexity associated with many states.Where the people fear the government you have tyranny. Where the government fears the people you have liberty.

Don't be so mean
It's because this is a California forum that this question is very appropriate.
We can't buy what we want here, so what is needed to (legally) buy elsewhere?
I'm interested in Texas as a possibility as I have family there, so I could buy and leave the guns out of state with them.
Your negative comments are far more troll-like than his question.Comment

Something isn't right. More likely one of the scammers hitting up people in the WTB forum, trying to look legit.

If some level of government had that information, what would they do with it? How would having that info benefit public safety? How would it benefit law enforcement?Comment
