13 days later, order moved to shipping department 2 days ago, items still not shipped. I understand they dealt with a tsunami and are trying to do their best, but at least send some communication on where they are at?

just out of curiosity i checked again. my order's been in 'shipping' for the last week and a half. now i've got a grain of doubt. not so much that they want to fill the order, i'm sure they've come to terms with whatever legalities are involved. but that they're scraping the bottom of their bins and they've simply oversold their stock. worst case scenario is i get an email saying they've cancelled and refunded, thereby closing my window without an order.

it's on me for ordering at the last minute, but that'd really be a bummer.

Their initial response was straight up disrespectful to California, and for that they have lost my business forever.
