I ordered with rtg on 3/30 at 9:16 am, my order just says processing, only a few glock mags and others who ordered days after are getting shipments already?? Wtf

Brownells update: I ordered on 4/1 but nothing got shipped today.

They are having some processing/shipping issues. My first order was prepared for shipping on 4/1 a few hours before my second order. My second order arrived today while my first order was not picked up by FedEx until just now. They seem to be trying their best with the flood of orders. Contact them through livechat. My first order ended up getting picked up 2 hours after I asked for a status, but not entirely sure if it helped or they just saw the packaged with the shipping label randomly sitting in their warehouse. All Brownells orders were made in the morning of 4/1.

My GunMagWarehouse order that I made before any Brownells orders has not received any updates.

Yes I got confirmation. Left an email indicating my desire to cancel because of who knows how many orders after mine have gone out.

They are not exactly lying about CA bureaucrats either. The message is clear, buy now and get all you need before they get the chance to close the door. We all know CA will try their hardest to do so.

That's exactly what they should have said, instead they decided to drum up fear and anxiety with a false claim. I dunno man...I don't like that type of marketing.

If anything processing the cancelation might lead to further delays down the line for others. Might be best to just let your original order go through. Worst case is you have more mags.

It sounds like the initial orders went out standard ship. I ordered yesterday as soon as they allowed online orders and it wont be in till next Wed!

Some others say they got upgraded to overnight shipping so maybe they changed over to that with newer orders in hopes to avoid any conflict with the pending stay/appeal.

Response from rtg regarding order fulfillment as I ordered Saturday 8:30 am

I understand that the urgency of the situation makes the wait stressful. Please keep in mind that we are a small, family owned company, not a huge conglomeration with thousands of employees on hand. We normally ship between 75-200 orders per day. We can’t suddenly snap our fingers and ship 2,000+ orders per day. For our frequent sellers (Uzi mags, HK mags, et.) we're better prepared to ship large quantities of mags in a week. However, we’ve had a much harder time readying the 50+ SKUS of Glock mags and PMAGS that we usually sell 20 of per week.



In a perfect world every order would go out in the exact order it was received. As you know, the world isn’t always perfect. Receiving thousands more orders than normal over a weekend resulted in our stock bins running empty almost immediately. Most of our bulk stock was in the correct position, but for a couple of items that wasn’t the case. I could give you two examples where our bulk stock is currently located on a pallet, tucked up on a pallet rack that is currently blocked by a 40ft container worth of M53 tripods that we just imported. Crap happens sometimes, and with this type of volume it is not unexpected. Rest assured, however, that all paid orders will ship as soon as humanly possible

I feel like we're guilty of acting too quickly by ordering from the first places who confirmed they would ship here. SMH
