    Saiga 12 Legal?

Tell me, is this Saiga 12 legal in california? http://www.atlanticfirearms.com/prog...asp?Prodid=405
I wan't an AK, but I also want a shotgun. I think this would fill that void... But I am not sure on it's legality.

10 round mag, no pistol grip or flash hider. http://www.atlanticfirearms.com/beta...roduct420.aspx

Why a mag lock if it has a standard rifle stock? Am I missing something?

Shotgun + detachable magazine -> AW, no matter what stock it has.

Oh yeah. Forgot about that part. That only applies to semi-autos though, right? Pumps are exempt?

I love my Benellis, but mag fed shotguns are kinda fun.

I think there is a discontinued and scarce Knoxx magazine modification for select pump shotguns (meaning Rem. 870 and Mossberg 500 IIRC). Some people question whether the drum mag for it violates CA AWB's prohibition against 'shotgun with a revolving cylinder'; the box mag avoids this problem altogether.
