Because Kes would better know why this guy is nuts and accuses every other pro gun organization to keep the ban in effect.

Like some of the previous thoughts. He is on his own island for many reason,
But could it actually be a lack of monetary support that he is malicious towards everyone to the point of attacking someone publicly?

Kes is not connected with Nichols that i know of other than what he sees/heard here on the forum or what he may have read in court briefs. (maybe i'm wrong and Kes has a personal relationship that we don't know about with him)

You could always PM or email Kes and ask his opinion. He may very well view this in a way he doesn't want to share on the forums. Maybe they have a secret relationship other than him banning him umpteen times from CGN

That a**hat is half of what's wrong with this state in the first place. It doesn't matter if they're liberal or conservative if you don't agree with them they want to demonize and berate you. I got on his FB earlier and asked him why he demonizes calguns and basically all the other pro 2a lawyers, cases, and organizations. Rather than an answer I got banned. I think there's room in the 2a protection movement for anyone, but this guy needs a blanket party to improve his demeanor.

He functions much like Moms Demand Action, attack and attempt to silence anyone critical of him. Post a reasonable question on his Facebook pages, and it gets deleted and you get banned....

Aware this is necro but just wanted to throw in here that when I was defending Calguns on his FB page, post was removed just now and I was banned from further postings. Sounds A LOT like the tactics MDA uses....
