Thanks for the flyer. I plan on handing this out to a lot of people in the next few days/weeks.

Sadly, as I've been discussing firearms topics in my social circles, I find that a lot of regular folk DO NOT know anything about the gun control issues. They are turned off by the media rants and they tune it out, completely unaware that our world is about to be turned upside down!

Truly, I think publicity, education and persistence pays off! More of my friends are asking to go out shooting with me! Some have even become gun owners! I am very happy for these folks!

STOP THE DISARMING OF LAW ABIDING
TAX PAYING CITIZENS AND VETERANS

Complete with your flyers....

Of course you can, it's called freedom of speech and is protected by the First Amendment. If your college gives you problems for expressing your political speech, contact the ACLU and I'm sure they will convince the college of the error of their judgement.

ACLU tends to promote liberal freedoms. I wonder if they would care about this.

Maybe you should use a banner for a conversation starter that illustrates the fundamental fallacy of gun control:

Do you support taking cars away from sober drivers to help fight drunk driving?

"Well, neither do I. Nor do I support taking firearms away from law abiding citizens when the criminals are the problem."

There is a reason this is worded as it is, and that reason is NOT to make it offense to fence sitters or gun owners but make it accessible and open to all.

Putting what is frankly a juvenile picture of a puppet using vulgar language is NOT helpful nor is it going to be useful in reaching and educating gun owners unfamiliar with what is going on..
Sure you may preach to a small subset of the choir but other than that what is the use?

Keep whatever other agenda you have out of it.

I understand the need to be "civil" in getting the word out, but maybe something that will grab the attention of the "casual" firearms owner might me helpful (?) Something like this printed on the other side of the flyer maybe?

I like it, if you want to add it to the back that works, my original goal was to be simple to print at home so i made it one sided but heck two sided works too!

good to go... I'm off to the local repro shop tomorrow to see what kind of deal I can get on 1000 copies front and back. Will try and solicit lgs's, ranges, and other pro 2A businesses to place a stack near the registers for everyone to see.

I added the word file here in case anyone else would like to add the warning "hook" to this PSA as well......
