Need Help to confirm if Legal or Not

I am getting conflicting information on trying to sell my HK911 rifle. Can someone show me where it specifically bans this rifle in Ca. The Hk91 is listed. I cannot find anything on the 911 model.
Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

    Thank you,
    Mike

Don't know whos giving you conflicting information.. it seems cut and dry it's not a listed model.

Hk's weren't banned by series, so even those who don't know about Harrot should understand they're legal assuming it has a fixed 10 round mag.

Yep, legal as long as it is configured legally (BB ect) OR registered as an AW.

          HK911 is not banned.

It must be a CA-compliant physical configuration before being sold (ie: no features, or a fixed 10rd magazine setup)

As mentioned above, the 911 is off-list. However, your adds have been lacking information about how/if the mag is fixed. Also, was it modified with 922r-compliant parts, or modified before 922r was signed?

922r does not pertain to this rifle.
buyers FFL will recieve only the reciever. Buyer will recieve all other parts. Buyer will decide how he wants to config. rifle.
Same as buying an AR lower ( IMO )

Perfect approach to the deal and 100% legal to do it this way.

That info would have been nice to have included in your adds. That lack of info caused a firestorm on your first add, and it came up again in the second one as well.
