    For good cause statement if you haven't been in trouble just put personal protection, I guess the deputy in charge of reading the letters was getting frustrated with people writing pages of reasons

          Have my interview in a couple of weeks. Did you need a second form of ID?
          What did you end up using for proof of residency?

            They didn't ask for a second form of ID. I brought lots of stuff for the residency requirement; the interviewer said "bills are best" for the requirement and took photocopies of my cell phone bill and bank statement.

                I live in El Dorado county and only had to show my Drivers License. It even has a PO Box. The deputy said that a PO Box was good because it didn't show where I live in case I lost it and someone can still mail it back to me.
