    Non Resident Sale?

I am a Utah resident and currently have family in Cali. If I come to visit and bring a Handgun that has a mag capacity of 10 or less and me and a buddy go shooting and then he wants to buy it can I sell it to him PPT via a FFL in person? Even if it is not on the approved list?

If it's not on the approved list, no sale.

        If it's Grandparent/parent/child/grandchild...
One party can gift the handgun to the other party.
(handgun can't be classified as an assault weapon)
Since it's coming from out of state, it still needs to go through a CA FFL.

        If it's a brother/sister...
        No can do.

          Can't be a PPT for interstate transfer (Utah-resident to CA-resident). See http://www.calguns.net/calgunforum/s...ad.php?t=88872
