  • DO NOT inform the Media.

Yes, it appears things aren't going our way. Well there has been constant efforts by the DOJ to stop us prevent us from showing them the law. They interferred with Wes in San Jose and looked like they'd be victorious back in December. We sure showed them!

Now they're hitting back with a vengence. Remember, they have the state on their side, but we have the LAW. However, if this were to be leaked to the liberal communist media prior to a court treatment, there is a substantial possibility that those currently in the DOJ would be replaced with a _MUCH_ more hardcore group.

Keep this out of the public eye and below the radar, DO NOT call anyone in the news media. We will have to fight this in court and the last thing we need is a new even more HARDCORE group comming into the election campaigning on kicking our ***es in. We don't want to make this a focus issue of the 2006 elections so keep quiet and play it smart.

Amen. The media and a very loud portion of the population in this state will ONLY make things WORSE by stamping their idiotic seal of approval on this DOJ memo. Thus all the sheep (soccer moms, school teachers and little old ladies) will follow the big mouths with no clue of what it really means and call for more outlawed firearms.

Why did you do this shop? Now that you said this 20 MFer's are going to be calling ABC. Did we not learn anything from the "Stop calling the DOJ" threads?

Sadly I wouldn't be surprised if a lot of this had to do with all the phone calls tipping them off that people were buying so many lowers.

Actually I think their visits to the FFLs showed them the magnitude of this. You know what though? A big part of the reason I have 7 of these lowers is because it p*sses off the DOJ and Legislature. As long as I can legally buy them... expect me to DROS more. **** the ****ers.

Are you sure it wasn't the 1000 certified letters pouring in asking if this lower is legal or that lower is legal?
www.tenpercentfirearms.com was open from 2005 until 2018. I now own Westside Arms.

Uh oh... My GF is the editor for a local newspaper and she knows full well what's going on.... Don't worry though, she's on our side, and has promised to keep it all on the D/L.
