The stupidity of the roster explained ...

Well, at least partly. I think I need to add some annotations to clarify some points, but this is what it is for now:

the laws are only stupid if you believe they are actually passed for any of the stated reasons (safety, crime, etc.). the laws have exactly the effect that is actually wanted.
The first panacea for a mismanaged nation is inflation of the currency; the second is war. Both bring a temporary prosperity; both bring a permanent ruin. But both are the refuge of political and economic opportunists. -Hemingway

Even bigger stupid: California bans the same buntline 9 shot revolver that the Supreme Court ordered DC to register. McDonald applied a supercharged Heller to the states.

That by far is the biggest stupid at all, and fatal to the roster.

That was a well done video. Thank you!

Yup, the only firearm in history to actually be named by the Supreme Court as protected by the Constitution, and you can't have one.

If I recall, that same revolver (different one, same model) is also part of the Pena case against CA, whom our very own "The Quark" is trying to purchase.

Should be so slam dunk, it's not even funny.

Laws that forbid the carrying of arms...disarm only those who are neither inclined nor determined to commit crimes...Such laws make things worse for the assaulted and better for the assailants; they serve rather to encourage than to prevent homicides, for an unarmed man may be attacked with greater confidence than an armed man.

You probably also forgot to mention that the Roster includes creation of an illegal monopoly on replacement parts as well. Guns lose their Rostered status if non-OEM (but equivalent) replacement parts are installed.

I'm sorry Zombie, don't you know logic doesn't apply here. in fact in some counties using logic is an arrestable offense.

                Good stuff!

This would achieve internet epicness if the safety failed and you punched a hole in the refrigerator. Luckily it did not, another cool vid. I enjoy your little vlogs.

You have no idea the lengths to which I go to prevent an "ooops", lol. I know what you mean ... epic-ness and stupidity seem to go hand-in-hand on YouTube.

Did not forget ... did not know. Thank you for the education. Perhaps a future episode will mention this nonsense.

good video, but was kinda expecting a dead fridge at the beginning. I know you can't demonstrate the mag disconnect feature without live rounds, but damn, i would not do that.

None of my handguns have the stupid 'mag disconnect' at least I still have 1 viable round to use if the mag's gone!

Yes, the thought "Oh crap! How am I going to explain THIS to my wife?" was constantly in the back of my mind, lol.
