Even bigger stupid: California bans the same buntline 9 shot revolver that the Supreme Court ordered DC to register. McDonald applied a supercharged Heller to the states.
That by far is the biggest stupid at all, and fatal to the roster.Comment

Yup, the only firearm in history to actually be named by the Supreme Court as protected by the Constitution, and you can't have one.
If I recall, that same revolver (different one, same model) is also part of the Pena case against CA, whom our very own "The Quark" is trying to purchase.

You probably also forgot to mention that the Roster includes creation of an illegal monopoly on replacement parts as well. Guns lose their Rostered status if non-OEM (but equivalent) replacement parts are installed.

good video, but was kinda expecting a dead fridge at the beginning. I know you can't demonstrate the mag disconnect feature without live rounds, but damn, i would not do that.Comment
