It is my understanding you reserve the right to issue firearms Concealed Carry Permits (CCW) and if you decide there is "good cause" you will issue the permit. Considering recent Supreme Court decisions, do you consider the purpose of excersizing an individuals "Fundamental Second Ammendment Right"
a good cause for issuance of a CCW? Would you please make a public comment on this specific question, so members of the public that are considering CCW application will know your position.
