Gun owners' duty... Agree or Disagree?

This could be good. I've always thought that the best & fastest way to get nonsensical laws tossed is to challenge them in criminal court. Criminal appellants have priority over civil matters.

The trick is to have someone with a brain handle the appellate process. We wouldn't someone like the intrepid (but dumb) Marylou (who 'defended' that POS Yarboro & so gave us nothing but grief).

I hope that Mr. Depina has a lawyer with a brain & wish him all the best. With a little luck, MASS could be a free state by summer.

Didn't have these weapons in the 1960s/1970s? Fail, they had less restrictions and had rifles/ handguns that are much better and effective than the FN 5.7 handgun that was used
