at 15min one judge says something like this, "why should we decide on this case if the supreme court is going to take another case"

sounds like that judge doesn't want to make the decision doesn't it????

Listening to those judges makes me want to stick a fork in my eye for entertainment. Some of them sound really old and maybe a little senile. And what was up with them asking a question and then interrupting before the answer can be given????

This is really painful. I am trying to make allowances, but it seems in many cases that the briefs have not even been read, because the questions being asked are either some kind of tortured logic or have been adequately answered in the brief. It's not my intention to be derogatory, I can only assume there is some sophisticated reason for asking what has already been answered or for asking a seemingly ridiculous question. I'm open to hearing any possible explanations. Imagination is failing me.
