If a buyer purchases a firearm from a dealer, and the buyer cancels the purchase during the 10-day waiting period, then the maximum the dealer can charge as a restocking fee is 5%
This doesn't apply to "special order" firearms, as in where the buyer had the licensee order a firearm by specific request.
