Nope. Look at CCW (Peruta) they issued good cause was enough but that didn't change any agencies really. Or the fact they ruled a 10 day wait was unconstitutional but you still see the 10 day wait.

Only laws that let you marry your boyfriend are given that status.

Come on guys, let's be helpful.

Yes, it's possible to have a law delayed by a court. Is it likely? I don't know. Laws involving the destruction of property seem like they would be wise to pause while the matter is settled in court. But don't count on it.

The last time I remember someone trying to get an injunction against an anti-gun law was Fyock v. Sunnyvale, which is a challenge to Sunnyvale's law banning the possession of standard capacity magazines within city limits. That was appealed all the way to the Supreme Court, and the injunction request was rejected on the grounds that the law is likely constitutional. Unless the makeup of the 9th Circuit is changed for the better by a future president, don't expect any injunctions to be forthcoming.

            It depends.
They refused to issue a stay on AB962 until it actually took effect since there was no "damage", then ruled very quickly that the ammo purchase restrictions were unconstitutionally vague (due to the lack of an adequate definition of "handgun ammunition", that is not an issue now)

We'll just have to wait and see. Unfortunately we live under the 9th court which is very liberal so the 2nd Amendment doesn't exist here.
