This obviously is a huge turd sandwich. But a Governor Newsom would have signed ALL of these. By doing what he did, Governor Brown took the wind out of Newsom's campaign. No - he totally boned him. Whether he liked it or not.
We will fight these passed bills in the courts as we always have, comply where we need to, modify where we need to, and continue to give a finger salute to all those legislators who wrote them, and a governor who signed them, knowing d$!n well that no crime of mass murder would ever be prevented by this legislation if crazy people have a violent intent to commit murder, and that their actions only satisfy their need to be a busybody until the next session.
So laugh at Newsom's failure to be the most popular bully in the Golden State. And vote them out. Vote them all out. Or move to Jefferson and vote that part of our state out of the busybodies' jurisdiction. That is all.
