Sorry guys I didn't find it in the search. I got an email from douche bag Newsom and this act just made it to the ballot. Every last one of us needs to get out and vote this down come election time. Even the Leos have no exception under this except in the course of their duties. Say goodbye to 2A in CA. Get out and vote!!!!! Thanks. I'll include the email below. Know your enemies.

We're not giving up, we simply recognize the reality of the situation. How exactly do you propose standing up to an anti gun ballot measure, in a state where the majority are progressive democrats? Irish democracy will be the response by most, as it should be.

Hey guys..............I know I dont post much, I pop in every now and then. I figured it would be legislative,didnt think the moron would get enough signatures for the ballot........my mistake.

Any word on how they intend to do a ammo background check, do I pay $45 every tie I purchase, do I have a ten day waiting period ?

Or is it some arbitrary crap they will come out with later ?
